1 Who May Use m71a8

To register an account and use the m71a8 platform you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at any time, including before the processing of any withdrawal.
• You must be a natural person (an individual human being). Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots may not register accounts on m71a8.
• You must provide accurate and truthful personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of m71a8 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of any such person.

2 Creating and Maintaining Your Account

Each individual player may hold only one registered account on m71a8 at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held in those accounts. When registering, you agree that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and belongs to you personally. You will update m71a8 promptly if any of your registration details change.
• You will keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential. You must not share your account access with any other person under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place in your m71a8 account, whether or not you authorised that activity, until you notify m71a8 of any unauthorised access.
• You will notify m71a8 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or if your login credentials have been compromised.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

m71a8 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) checks on any account at any time. This may include requesting a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits. m71a8 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification. Players who do not complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have their accounts suspended and withdrawals withheld until verification is completed.

4 Deposit Policy

All deposits to m71a8 accounts must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. m71a8 does not accept deposits from third parties. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit at m71a8 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Available methods may change without prior notice.
• Mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your m71a8 balance within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer to process.
• m71a8 does not charge fees on deposits. Any charges applied by the payment provider (e.g. mobile network fees) are the responsibility of the player.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests at m71a8 are subject to the following conditions. m71a8 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the m71a8 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad) are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to two business hours during standard Bangladesh banking hours.
• Funds derived from bonus credit cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon withdrawal of any real-money balance if the wagering requirement has not been satisfied.

6 Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

From time to time m71a8 will offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All promotional offers made by m71a8 are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not available for withdrawal until all wagering requirements have been satisfied. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the promotion terms.
• m71a8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice if it suspects abuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per payment method. Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitutes fraud and will result in account termination.
• Seasonal promotions including Eid bonuses and BPL season offers are subject to their own specific terms and time limits, which are published on the m71a8 promotions page at the time of the offer.

7 General Gameplay Rules

All games available on m71a8 — including sports betting markets, live casino tables, slots, crash games, and fishing games — are subject to the rules of the individual game or market in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail. The following general rules apply to all gameplay on m71a8:

• All bets are final once confirmed. m71a8 will not reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of a verified technical error on the part of m71a8's systems.
• In the event of a technical failure during gameplay that prevents a game round from completing normally, any unsettled bets will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's balance.
• m71a8 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed in error, at incorrect odds due to a manifest pricing error, or in circumstances where m71a8 has reasonable grounds to suspect collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of a system error.

8 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on m71a8 cover cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, international fixtures), football (Bangladesh Premier League, English Premier League, La Liga, Champions League, and other major competitions), kabaddi, and other sports. All sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules of the market type selected by the player. Asian handicap, match winner, over/under totals, and accumulator bets each carry their own settlement rules which are displayed alongside the market at the time of betting. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed for more than 24 hours, or cancelled, m71a8 reserves the right to void affected bets in accordance with the rules of the specific market.

9 Activities That Are Strictly Forbidden

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on m71a8 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one m71a8 account, whether directly or indirectly through another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the m71a8 platform, place bets, or exploit any game or market.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any other activity intended to manipulate the outcome of any game, market, or sporting event available on m71a8.
• Using the m71a8 platform for money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any other activity that facilitates the proceeds of crime or illegal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with m71a8 support or compliance teams.

m71a8 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in any of the above activities will have their accounts closed, their balances forfeited, and may be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh.

10 When m71a8 May Suspend or Close Your Account

m71a8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• The player is found to have breached these Terms and Conditions, including the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 6.
• The player fails to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe after being formally requested to do so by m71a8.
• m71a8 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or an order of a competent authority. In such cases, funds held in the account will be dealt with in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

11 Our Commitment to Player Wellbeing

m71a8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m71a8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruption. m71a8's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim. m71a8 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform, and planned or unplanned maintenance may temporarily affect availability of some or all services.

13 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a bet settlement, bonus calculation, withdrawal, or any other aspect of your m71a8 account, you must first contact m71a8 customer support via live chat and allow up to 5 business days for the dispute to be investigated and resolved. m71a8 will make all reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. All dispute decisions made by m71a8 following a proper investigation are final. These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the terms of the platform as published at m71a8.pro. If a resolution cannot be reached through the support channel, the matter may be escalated as permitted under applicable law.

14 m71a8's Right to Amend

m71a8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, m71a8 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players by updating the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by notifying players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account. Your continued use of the m71a8 platform after the updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

15 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Terms.
